Cherry Blossom Flying belongs to Kafkaesque Eternity with Flowers at 7 PM, a series in which flowers become quiet repositories of memory rather than botanical subjects. The paintings explore those brief moments when nature appears suspended between presence and disappearance, allowing time itself to become visible.

The title suggests movement without destination. Blossoms drift through the composition like fragments of remembered experience, carried not by wind but by the slow passage of perception. Their flight is delicate and transient, yet it leaves a lasting visual trace.

Layered whites, muted greys, deep burgundy tones and translucent passages create a surface that unfolds gradually.
