Song for a Living Cloud is a large-scale contemporary abstract painting that explores light as a living force capable of shaping space, matter, and perception. Part of the series Alisa’s Wonderful Morning Dreams, the work invites the viewer into an intermediate realm where memory, imagination, and transformation converge.
Rather than depicting a cloud, the painting evokes the experience of becoming itself. Layers of transparency, graphic traces, textures, and luminous color fields interact within a sophisticated visual structure, creating the impression of a dynamic nebula in constant formation.
Vibrant pinks, delicate violets, radiant blues, and deep shadows engage in a subtle choreography of emergence and dissolution, suggesting a world that has not yet settled into a final form.
